Pros:

Durable and resists scratches, moisture and wear and tear.

It can be installed in most rooms in home, including basements and over concrete.

Laminate flooring’s tough surface resists stains, and is easy to clean and maintain

Cons:

Not as visually appealing as counterparts

Cannot be sanded and refinished
